Enthusiasts at a Craps Table

If you are on the hunt for thrills, noise and more entertainment than you can stand, then craps is the only casino game to play.

Craps is a fast-paced game with whales, budget gamblers, and everybody in between. If you’re a people-watcher this is one game that you’ll absolutely enjoy observing. There is the high-roller, playing with a large amount of money and making loud declarations when he wagers across the board, "Five Hundred and Twenty dollars across," you will hear her say. She’s the bettor to watch at this game and they know it. They will either win big-time or lose big-time and there is no in between.

There is the budget gambler, possibly trying to acquaint himself with the whales. he/she will tell the other players of books he’s read up on, on dice setting and hang around the hottest tosser at the table, prepared to talk and "pick each others minds".

There’s the disciple of Frank Scoblete latest craps class. While Frank is the best there is, his devotee needs to do his homework. This guy will require five mins to arrange his dice, so apply understanding.

My preferred people at the table are the true gentlemen from the good old days. These senior gents are normally tolerant, almost always congenial and will almost always offer pointers from the "good old days."

When you take the chance and make a choice to participate in the game, make sure you use proper etiquette. Locate a position on the rail and place your money on the table in front of you in the "come" area. Refrain from doing this when the dice are in motion or you will quickly be referred to as the last personality I wanted to mention, the jerk.
